Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your Car How Library subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel:

• Log into your account at CarHowLibrary.com
• Go to Account Settings and select Cancel Subscription
• Or email support@carhowlibrary.com with your cancellation request

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you will retain full access until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact support@carhowlibrary.com within 7 days of your first charge.

After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Shop Plan Cancellation

Shop Plan subscriptions follow the same cancellation and refund policy as individual plans. Cancellation applies to the entire shop account including all associated user access.
