1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Car How Library (CarHowLibrary.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the service.

2. Description of Service

Car How Library is a subscription-based video platform providing automotive how-to instructional content for automotive technicians and industry professionals. Content includes short-form videos covering vehicle part removal, repair techniques, and industry tips organized by vehicle year, make, model, and generation.

3. Subscription & Payment

Car How Library offers the following subscription plans:

• Individual Plan — $19.99/month per user
• Shop Plan — $49.99/month for unlimited users at one location

All subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Car How Library to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@carhowlibrary.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Car How Library offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@carhowlibrary.com for a full refund. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account login with others outside of your subscribed plan. Shop Plan subscribers may share access within a single physical location only. Any unauthorized sharing of account access may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Car How Library, including videos, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Car How Library LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal or internal business use only. This license does not include the right to download, record, screen capture, or redistribute any content.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Car How Library to:

• Download, copy, or record any video content
• Share login credentials outside of your subscribed plan
• Use content for commercial resale or redistribution
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Car How Library provides content for informational and educational purposes only. All videos represent the techniques and opinions of the creator and are not a substitute for professional training or manufacturer service procedures. Car How Library makes no warranty that the techniques shown are appropriate for every vehicle or situation. Users assume all responsibility for applying information from the platform to real-world repairs.

10. Limitation of Liability

Car How Library LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

Car How Library reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Car How Library LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
